This is where I will reside. Finally I have found my destination and dwelling. You are invited to this visual void. A set that will stage different scenes in this play of mine....
Glass to me is a transparent metaphor for the veils of life hung in front of our eyes passing through life; and what shines through it is a mystical light casting shadows of inner secrets, on our surroundings. I work with imagery on and within thin layers of glass. My aim is to peel the layers off one by one and reach for the inner well of our memories, and by doing so, challenge my self, to find the essence within my creative process and take it to the breaking point.
At times, when I carefully reach within myself and set my captivated longing of being present, free. I find myself painting. Innermost feelings flow, from heart through hand and onto surface, any surface.
